We're looking for a Data Engineer who's excited about building the data foundation that keeps our systems connected and our teams empowered. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure that move data smoothly and securely across key platforms, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, and analytics tools.

You'll collaborate closely with the Data Systems Team to establish dependable frameworks that fuel reporting, automation, and AI efforts-ultimately supporting smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.

Data Architecture & Pipeline

  • Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that enable efficient data movement between business systems.
  • Craft and fine-tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and automation scripts.
  • Build scalable data models and structures that support forecasting, reporting, and analytical workloads.

System Integration / Automation

  • Create and manage integrations across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and external platforms using APIs and middleware.
  • Implement workflow automation to maintain reliable, consistent data across systems.
  • Partner with Software and Data teams to uphold integration best practices and standards.

Data Quality, Security, Performance

  • Investigate and resolve pipeline issues to protect system uptime and reliability.
  • Apply validation, quality assurance, and performance-tuning approaches.
  • Support data governance and security initiatives to ensure compliance and safeguard information.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver clean, well-structured datasets.
  • Contribute to refining documentation and evolving internal data processes.
  • Participate in modernization projects, including cloud migrations, Power BI integrations, and automation leveraging tools like Power Automate and Copilot.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or database development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar.
  • Experience with ETL technologies like SSIS and Airflow.
  • Background in ERP or enterprise-scale data environments is preferred.
